I live in New Hampshire, am a Free Stater, and "pack heat" all the time--which is likely why, so far, no one has broken into my home or tried to attack me. Bigotry is bigotry, no matter who the victim or the aggressor is. I would never use aggression against anyone, except in defense of my life or home. My housemate is of Latino origin and from New York, like yourself. Said housemate is eager to learn to safely carry and use a gun. Thank goodness this person was never a victim of this awful "Mexican hunting" while in NY, where there was NO chance of self-protection! Also, I'm thankful I grew up knowing that people are people, regardless of, well, you know the drill... If a person is a jerk, it's not because he/she belongs to a certain race or community. It's because he or she is a JERK! Stop it with the bigotry, folks! To close this, let me just say I'm glad you're OK, and I'm sorry about Guillermo. It's sickening. Well said!
